BUTTER BRAID FUNDRAISER

This is an optional fundraiser for parents, but required by the manager to offer and follow the steps below.  Due to previous years experience and problems, this is not to be handed off to another parent on the team.

Sell Butter Braids, Beginning Nov. 5^th

All orders and money needs to be turned into the manager.

This will be the responsibility of the manager only (not another team parent).

When the parent turns in the money to the manager, it should be 1 check for all orders.

The managers will deposit the check into the team account and write 1 check to NSPAHA for the total team order.

            The butter braids are being sold at  $10.00 each

                                                                    $ 6.00 each to pay for the braid

                                                                    $ 4.00 each profit to the skater.

The manager will write the check for the $6.00 X the number of braids sold.

The remaining $4.00 X the number of braids sold will stay in the team account and be

Subtracted from that players team fees.

Some people have asked for the Pastry Puffins.  We were trying to keep it simple. They are available with a $5.00 profit.  You will need to print out your own order forms on from http://kittelsonmarketing.com/images/Documents/PP_color_orderform.pdf

For every 25 Butter braids sold, will take $100 off that players team fees.

ALL Butter braid orders must be turned into the fundraising box at Polar Arena by NOVEMBER 23^rd (NO EXEPTIONS).

DELIVERY WILL BE AT POLAR ON DECEMBER 16^th.    I will verify the time for pickup  (5p-7p?)
