North St. Paul Area Hockey Association                                           September 2008

Hockey Registration Dates are as follows:
Wednesday, August 27^th        5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the North St. Paul Community Center

Thursday, September 4^th       5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the North St. Paul Community Center

Saturday, September 6^th        9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the North St. Paul Community Center

Monday, October 6                6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Polar Arena – Late registration for new players only. 

What does it cost to register?

For the second year NSPAHA is offering FREE hockey for 1^st and 2^nd year Mites.  NSP will waive the registration fee for 1^st & 2^nd year Mites (conditions apply) – ask us about it at registration!!!

·         Fundraising Fee - $40.00/player, $80.00/family cap (can be earned back)

·         Volunteer Fee - $250 (refundable when Volunteer hours completed)

·         USA Hockey Fee - $40 per player – register online at www.usahockey.com

·         NSP Registration Fee  

a.       $85 per player – Beginning Mite 1 & 2     *** FREE opportunity available***

All players must register with USA Hockey before registering with NSPAHA.

Ø  Visit www.usahockey.com and click on the membership link then the register a player link.

Ø  Select the Ice Players & Coaches tab and follow the instructions.

Ø  Pay the $40 registration fee with a credit card or Visa gift card.

Ø  Print the receipt with bar code and bring it to one of the registration sessions above.

What do I need to bring with me?

All players need to bring with them

Ø  3 Checks... 1 for volunteer hours, 1 for the fundraiser, 1 for NSP registration fee

Ø  USA Hockey confirmation sheet with bar code (register online at www.usahockey.com)

For new players or any player not registered with NSPAHA for the 2007-2008 seasons, please also bring:         

Ø  A copy of your government issued birth certificate.

Ø  The name, address and policy number of your health insurance company.
